Preparing Posters & Talks

Information for Poster Preparation

• All posters will be posted during the entire workshop on the panels provided.
• They should measure 80cm wide x 100cm long and be in portrait format.
• Each poster will be attributed a number (see program) and they should be posted according to their number.
• Posters should be posted during the morning of Monday May 13th and removed before noon on May 15th.

Information for Presentations

The length of oral presentations is as follows:

• Keynote speakers: 30 minutes for talk and 15 minutes for questions.
• Short talks: 10 minutes for talks and 5 minutes for questions.
• Presentations should be under Power Point PPTX format or Pdf (if PPTX is not possible). They should be forwarded to the workshop comittee a half-a-day before the presentation is scheduled.
