Caen Hippodrome

Horses have always played an important role in the history, traditions
and folklore of Normandy. The region’s temperate climate, lush plains
and exceptional stud farms combined with great equestrian events
means it’s a top-notch destination for horse-lovers.

William the Conqueror's Castle, located in Caen downtown. The workshop will take place at the top in the auditorium of the Art Museum.   
Normandy Museum: history of Narmandy from neaolitic to XIXth century.

Normandie is known for  its history, especially for the Normandy landing known as D-Day during the Operation Overlord. D-Day and the Battle of Normandy were predominantly fought in the departements of Calvados, Manche and Orne, and it is here that you will find the many memorials, cemeteries and museums that commemorate what happened. The D-Day Landing Beaches extend over 70 km (43 miles) from Sainte-Marie-du-Mont to Ouistreham.
