Day 1, Sunday May 12th

• 2:30pm: Registrations; Location: Location University of Caen Normandie (Campus 1, Building P, Pierre Daure lecture hall)
• 4:30pm: Conferences
• 6:30pm: Welcome Reception ; Location: University of Caen Normandie (Campus 1, Building P, Pierre Daure lecture hall)

Day 2, Monday May 13th

• 9am-3:45pm: Full day meeting ; Location University of Caen Normandie (Campus 1, Building P, Pierre Daure lecture hall)
• 3:45pm: Bus to touristic tours ; Tapestry Bayeux / CIRALE Dozulé / Caen Memorial Museum
• Free evening and dinner in Caen.

Day 3, Tuesday May 14th

• 9am-6pm Full day meeting ; Location University of CaenNormandie (Campus 1, Building P, Pierre Daure lecture hall)
• 7:30pm: Evening social event ; Location City Hall

Day 4, Wednesday May 15th

• 9am-1:30pm: Meeting ; Location University of Caen Normandie (Campus 1, Building P, Pierre Daure lecture hall)
• 1:30pm: Lunch basket & Departure

IMPORTANT : for those travelling from Paris on Sunday, make your train reservation early. Be careful since on Sundays there are fewer and slower trains than during the week.

• Highly interactive sessions.
• All attendees are expected to participate by submitting abstracts or presenting products or services (no observers).
• All participants are expected to stay for the entire workshop (no part-timers)
• The Foundation pays for hotels but not for accompanying persons.
• Travel is not supported by the Foundation for any participant.
