Conditions

• Travel costs to the venue will be supported by the participants.
• Registration will include accomodation for one person for 3 nights from Sunday May 12th to Wednesday morning May 15th, 3 lunches, coffee breaks, a welcome cocktail (Sunday evening), one touristic visit (Monday afternoon) and one dinner (Tuesday night).
• Accompanying persons will have to pay 210€ (all taxes paid) to participate in social activities: welcome cocktail, touristic visit (Monday) and workshop dinner (Tuesday).

Touristic Visits (Monday afternoon)

3 visits are organized for Monday afternoon. They include the following :

• Bayeux Tapestry, located near Caen, which tells the story of William the Conqueror who invaded Great Britain. Bus transportation will be provided.
• The Normand Equine Center CIRALE, the imaging and research center on equine locomotor disorders (Cirale, of the National Veterinary School of Alfort)
• The Caen Peace Memorial

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are possible until March 31st, 2024. After this date, you will be billed 450€ for the hotel accomodations.
