About the International Horse Genome Workshop

The aim of this workshop is i) to create shared resources empowering equine research, including functional genomic annotation, creation of reference genomes and pangenomes and, ii) to share research results in equine genetics and genomics from research laboratories from all over the world (America, Europe, Asia, Middle Est, Africa).

The workshop has been launched for the first time in 1995 and has been organized every two years alternatively in USA and in European countries : Lexington (KY, USA), San Diego (CA, USA), Uppsala (SE), Brisbane (AU), Pretoria, (SA), Dublin (IR), Lake Tahoe (CA, USA), Cambridge (UK), Minneapolis (MN, USA), Azores (PO), Hanover (GE), Pavia (IT), Ithaca (NY, USA) and in France for the first time at Caen, Normandy in 2024.

To view photos from the workshop, please login into your space (do not forget to request a new code to access it). Then go to "My documents" followed by "Event documents".  You will then find a link where you can download the photos. Please use the password that will be sent to you by email. You should be able to visualize the photos individually and download them individually or you can download the zip files. All the photos have been organized by day of the workshop.

The videos of the workshops are now available via your personnal space using the above described procedure.
